Fabrication

The Large fabrication workshop is approximately 800 sq.m (8600 sq.ft) and is serviced by a 40 Tonne EOTC with 5 Tonne auxiliary hoist, and a separate 15 Tonne EOTC. In addition to providing TIG/MIG/MAG & MMA Welding, we also offer Submerged Arc Welding (SAW).

The large fabrication shop houses a 6m Column & Boom complete with Lincoln Welding Head and Controller, along with numerous welding positioners and rotators. Pressure vessels and autoclaves up to 6m Diameter and 120 Tonnes have been manufactured in recent years.

A further fabrication workshop of 600 sq.m with 2 No. 10 Tonne EOTC, houses a 3.5m x 6.5m bed CNC profiling machine, 500 Tonne 12′ (3650mm) Press Brake and 15mm x 3100mm Guillotine.

We offer rolling in house with a set of Steco 12′ x 1″ (3650mm x 25mm) plate bending rolls, and have several approved suppliers for rolling/forming thicker plates up to 100mm thick.
